MANKATO, Minn. The Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC) officially announced the recipients of their post season awards today. The Top 16 runners at this past weekend's UMAC championship received All-Conference recognition. Additionally, a member of each team also received the Sportsmanship award.
